Objectives

Promote the value of the REALTOR® to the consumer

Raise consumer awareness of REALTOR® legislative advocacy on behalf of the consumer

Promote and incentivize REALTOR® community involvement

Improve Participation by REALTORS® in Calls for Actions

Promote REALTORS® as the primary source of all real estate data As part of the NAR Mandatory Core Standards review, boards/associations that needed to address the REALTOR Association being the source or to highlight real estate data were urged to include NYSAR’s 10k feed on their web site. This will continue for cycle 3 (July 1, 2016 – December 31, 2017)
