Objective: Improve Participation by REALTORS® in Calls for Actions

Action Items

Due:
Promote NAR Action Center Ap Update: NYSAR disseminated information about the NAR Action Center App at the 2015 Mid-Winter business meetings, numerous Agents Days, via the weekly NYSAR E-News and through social media outlets including Facebook and twitter. In the Spring of 2015 NYSAR ceased promotion of the Action Center App because NAR is not promoting its use any longer. At this point NAR is promoting the use of a texting platform to provide alerts and notify the membership about Calls for Action. p Update: Throughout 2016 NYSAR has promoted NAR’s REALTOR Party Mobile Alert program via NYSAR.com, Facebook, twitter, Agent’s Days and local board meetings.

Due:
Work with local boards to enhance promotion of Calls for Action Update: NYSAR staff worked with several local boards including the Long Island Board of REALTORS and the Dutchess County Association of REALTORS to promote Calls for Action via their MLS platforms. This effort will continue through 2016 and 2017 with more local boards.

Due:
Promote Broker Involvement Program Update: NYSAR disseminates information about the Broker Involvement Program at the 2015 Mid-Winter business meetings, at local Board Agents Days, via the weekly NYSAR E-News and through social media outlets including Facebook and twitter.
